We initially started our house search in beginning of March of 2022. We didn't have much luck at the beginning in finding a house that we loved within our budget, especially in the market we were working with we thought we would never find something. We finally found something mid March that we loved and put an offer in immediately along. Heather knew that we wanted this house and she did everything to let the listing agent and the sellers know. Our offer was accepted and we scheduled a closing date. Unfortunately, we were met with some obstacles to close after we found an underground oil tank, one that the sellers did not disclose. We still wanted to proceed with the sale however we wanted to the oil tank to be properly removed and remediated prior to closing. Our closing date was post poned a total of three times, with multiple addendums written up. This all culminated in the sellers not showing up to scheduled closing date. At that point, we lawyered up, as did the sellers, and they attempted to cancel the contract. Anyone who is reading this is probably thinking that anyone with a sound mind would've walked away at this point.Through out all of this, Heather knew how badly we wanted this house and stuck through the hell that came with this deal . She along with our lawyer, Dan Gallagher, helped us close the deal and come out with the original terms we wanted. On July 27th we closed and the house that we fell in love with has lived up to all expectations. I would highly recommend Heather to all my friends and family. She is extremely professional and holds herself with extreme grace and poise. We will certainly use her for all of our buying/selling needs in the future.

Called her on a Sunday night with the idea of buying a new house, and within that week she got us into 10+ houses and we were under contract by the following Monday on our dream home. . I had no success before.. when I told Tina I needed help she went right to work and found me a nice place in the area I wanted. . It was hard being the last minute but she worked hard and was successful in finding me a place.. Tina was resourceful and hardworking and I got a nice place in a short time. Tha best part of working with Tina was that she was so nice and supportive and helpful to me in every way.. I didn’t know what to expect but I was so lucky to work with her. Although there were a few glitches with the owner of the property Tina made the best of it.
